I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Yucatan. The location could not be better as it is very close to the city centre, restaurants and tourist sites. The hotel facilities were fantastic with a beautiful garden and a quiet pool area. I was also happy to have the convenience of parking and transportation nearby. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, with a variety of fresh fruit, juice and delicious hot dishes. The staff were friendly and made me feel very welcome.

The room was a bit outdated, and the staff wasn't always on top of things. One day our fridge wasn't restocked, and we had to ask for fresh towels a couple of times.
